I agree to the Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Revlutn Gym Affiliate and Influencer Program, you ("Affiliate" or "Influencer") agree to comply with the following Terms of Service ("Agreement"). Please read these terms carefully. By clicking "I Accept" below, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Affiliate/Influencer Relationship
You acknowledge that by participating in the Revlutn Gym Affiliate and Influencer Program, you are acting as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create any employer-employee relationship, agency relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and Revlutn Gym. You are responsible for your own tax obligations and compliance with all applicable laws.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate or Influencer, you agree to promote Revlutn Gym products and services in a positive and professional manner. You may use Revlutn Gym-approved materials and branding in your content but must not make any unapproved claims or misrepresent Revlutn Gym, its products, or its services.
3. Compensation
You will be compensated according to the compensation structure agreed upon between you and Revlutn Gym at the time of your acceptance into the program. Revlutn Gym reserves the right to modify compensation terms at any time, with notice provided.
4. Non-Disparagement Clause
You agree not to make, publish, or distribute any negative, disparaging, or defamatory comments, statements, or content about Revlutn Gym, its affiliates, employees, customers, or services, whether in public or private, during the term of this Agreement and after its termination. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination from the program and potential legal action.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You agree that any content created using Revlutn Gym branding, logos, or proprietary information is the intellectual property of Revlutn Gym. You grant Revlutn Gym a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute any content you create in connection with the Affiliate and Influencer Program.
6. Termination
Revlutn Gym reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Revlutn Gym branding and proprietary materials, and remove any content related to Revlutn Gym from your platforms.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revlutn Gym, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to claims related to intellectual property infringement or false advertising.
8. Limitation of Liability
Revlutn Gym will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the Affiliate and Influencer Program, including but not limited to loss of revenue or anticipated profits, even if such damages are foreseeable.
9. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information provided to you by Revlutn Gym during the term of this Agreement. You may not use or disclose this information for any purpose other than to fulfill your obligations under this Agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Revlutn Gym regarding your participation in the Affiliate and Influencer Program. Revlutn Gym reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to participants.
